Pastoral Residency
Pastoral Residencies are more than an internship. This is for future pastors who have demonstrated meaningful ministry experience and are moving toward pastoral ministry, but need a bridge to get there. We are grateful for God’s call on your life and look forward to helping be that bridge to your pastoral future!
Weekly Schedule
We would like you to be at Sunday worship every week (except vacation Sundays) and to be at the weekly staff meeting on Tuesday afternoons.
The main responsibility of the Pastoral Resident will be to lead the College Ministry which currently meets Thursday Nights.

This is a part-time position of 20-25 hours per week. This is because we anticipate the Pastoral Resident having other responsibilities, such as seminary or other work.

Our ideal Pastoral Resident is someone who is looking forward to a local church pastoral vocation in the next couple of years. He might currently be a seminary student or looking to become a seminary student.

$3,000/month
