Grace Kids

Pre-registration is not required but you’ll need to check in by adding your family to our Church Management System. This will include phone number and email address and physical address if you desire to share that info with us. This is used throughout all our ministries at Grace.

Grace Kids is hosted in the Main Building. You will be greeted by a Children’s Ministry volunteer ready to check-in your child on the second floor above the Sanctuary at the Registration Station.

You’ll receive two name-tag stickers, one for your child and one for you. Parents, hold onto that sticker! You’ll need to give it to your child’s teacher upon pick up as part of our secure check-out procedure.

All Children’s Ministry volunteers have gone through training and been background checked.

Our volunteer teachers need time to set up and pray for their classes! Check in opens at 9:15 AM. Grace Kids meets during the 9:30 + 11:00 AM Worship Services.

There is no cost to attend Grace Kids on Sundays. Certain events like VBS may have a cost involved.

Parents, give yourself extra time, parking can be challenging, especially in the summer. Extra time will also help you to not feel rushed when dropping your child off. You can ask any usher or security member for helpful directions. Once kids are dropped off, if you need to leave early a security team member will escort you back up. Our second and third floor is locked during the time we have children present.

Classrooms are divided by grade. The classroom locations are assigned each year according to class size needs. 

Are current classrooms are: 

Second Floor: Nursery (Babies + Toddlers, not potty trained)

Third Floor: (in order from Registration Station)

Preschool (3 years old, potty trained)

Kindergarten + 1st Grade

4th + 5th Grade

2nd + 3rd Grade

Parents will pick up their children in the classroom where they were dropped off.

At pick up, parents hand the teacher their corresponding name-tag sticker that was printed during check-in.

Yes! All kids who are fever free are welcome to participate in Grace Kids. If your child is sick or has a fever they will not be admitted into classrooms. We’d love to see you back when you’re feeling better!

Sunday mornings children are dropped off once check in, but we ask at lease one parent to stay on church campus while your child is in Grace Kids. Other events, such as Parents Night Out and VBS parents may drop off and leave.

During the year we have various family events to do together where parents are expected to stay with their children during the event.
